1Refunds stay in balance
Every refund is credited to your SMSGlobals balance. Balance cannot be sent to a wallet or bank account.
2Refunded without asking
- A single-use number that got no code within 20 minutes
- An order you cancelled before the code arrived
- An order that failed to process
3Long-term numbers
The period itself is what you buy, so a started long-term number is not refunded. If it received nothing from the first day, write to support; after a check, the price returns to your balance.
4Top-up requests
Top-ups are paid in a secure PayGate checkout window and are added to your balance once payment is confirmed. Each checkout and its address stay valid for 60 minutes.
5Reaching support
Use support in My SMSGlobals and include the order code, or the date and amount of the top-up.
