Tutorial: your first SMS verification code
Written for first-time users. Five short steps, about five minutes.

Join and keep the token
The join page creates an access token that acts as username and password together. The server never stores the token itself, so download it as a .txt file.
There is no recovery for a lost token. Store a second copy somewhere separate.

Add balance
In My SMSGlobals, press Request top-up. A secure PayGate checkout window opens: choose the amount, the coin and network, enter an email for the receipt, then send the exact amount shown to the address shown within 60 minutes. The smallest amount is $20; it is added once the payment is confirmed.

Search the app, pick a country
Type the app into the search box or tap its icon. The country list opens sorted by price; press Buy on the row you want.
Some apps only accept their home country. Start with that one.

Type the number into the app
Copy the new number from My SMSGlobals into the app's phone field and request the code.
If the app has its own dial code box, leave the dial code out of the number.

Copy the code
The SMS appears under the number. With no SMS after 20 minutes, the price returns to your balance.
Changed your mind? Cancel before the code arrives and the price returns at once.
When the SMS is late
Switch country
Each app works better with some countries than others. An unanswered number is free, so a second country costs nothing.
Re-check the digits
Look for a doubled dial code, and check whether the app wants the leading 0 dropped.
Press resend once
Repeated resends can make an app block the number for a while. Give it 1~2 minutes, then press once.
Fair use
- Verify only your own accounts and services you manage.
- Account takeover, fraud, spam and illegal trade are not allowed.
- Numbers are incoming only: no outgoing SMS, no calls.
